This is a valid point. The Raiders have always groomed the image of the league's bad boys.
Lots of guys on that roster with questionable pasts over the years, but a few off color comments and Gruden is out like a pariah.

Meh. I’m not saying that I wanted him fired, but come on. He insulted: the commissioner, the refs, the NFLPA president. He had topless photos of cheerleaders sent to him.
If I did this, I would be fired from my job. It’s not cancel culture, it’s the consequences of saying unprofessional things in a business email chain. If he had kept these in private emails, non of this happens.
