Any non-Aggies who’ve been to a game at Colorado: Is it that bad?

I’ve heard from Aggies that went to either the ‘95 game or last weekend that Colorado fans are some of the rudest, low-class fans they’ve come across. Both cases could have some sour grapes, but I have no idea.

As a state, Colorado is one of those places I went to a lot as a kid for great camping, so it’s weird for me to see such negative reviews of the people.

That being said, college football fans are not much indicative of the general population.

I’ve been to that area of Colorado and can confirm it’s trash. Other than the view.

That said, they gave y’all a game and should be proud.

I mean, outside of Tuscaloosa, I'd say its pretty normal for opposing fans not wanting any part of A&M fans trying to make a move on them.

Never had any issues with CU fans. I suspect things may have changed over the years as the program no longer carries championship expectations like it did in the early ‘90’s.

The 90’s CU program & brutal crowds are a thing of the past.

They were fine. Just a little pissed off after losing a game they were excited about. One dude was agitated walking out after the game and was muttering to himself and gesturing like he was up for a fight.

After leaving the stadium, one girl said “Top 5 team my arse”. She was a nice looking Co-Ed so I just laughed.

Overall, the crowd seemed pretty average compared to most CFB venues.

Can't speak for the current environment. But within the old Big 8, they were considered the ruddest student section and were known for throwing things at the players and fans, in their drunkedness. No one cosidered them leaving a loss

That was before the B12, where TT fans have thrown black ink on OU players. And the last game there required the TT band to escort the OU band out of the stadium to protect them from the TT fans.

The rudest bowl game fans OU have encountered were LSU and 2nd place is not in the same universe. Literally had fear for safety of elderly people in their 80s, wives and daughters, by roaming large groups of LSU fan that were spitting on them and threating them with harm as they were walking to their cars. I am 73 and have never experienced anything like it, at probably 20 bowl games I have been to
