I think Washington Monthly was the publication who declared Auburn the 2004 national champs too.

I'm an Aggie. Have a lot of Aggie friends. Never once have I, or anyone I know, ever regretted going to Texas A&M.
Believe that.

And their metrics are a little more practical-based.
Most publications focus song woke bullshite to rank school.

Just making sure I’m not banned, don’t mind me

but where is the dynasty?

We're slipping. We were 4th public and 12th overall last year.

Washington Monthly rates how well schools graduate low-income students, produce groundbreaking scholarship and encourage students to serve their country.
Texas A&M is one of the nation’s largest universities, and approximately 25 percent of its entering freshman class is traditionally made up of students who are the first in their families to attend college.
According to the publication’s data, Texas A&M graduated more Pell Grant recipients than Stanford, Harvard, Yale and Princeton combined
Congrats on graduating lots of poor kids? These metrics are comical

So basically the criteria for this is graduating kids that could not get into more prestigious schools like Texas. Congrats, I guess.

UT Austin will forever be a finer academic institution. Sorry, sheep fricker.

Your fanbase does nothing but post garbage. It’s greatly contributed to the demise of this once great board.

A&M is a good school with a great college experience in a real college town.
UT is a great school with a below average college experience in a very fun city.
Depends on your personality. If you want a college with a good football culture where everything pretty much revolves around football then A&M is the choice.
If you want a college with great academics, a good art and music scene with plenty to do year round not involving football, then UT is for you.
As a football addict you can easily drive to Austin for a weekend, I’d rather be in CSTAT

Texas A&M's mission is to serve the working people.

Regardless of whatever some newspaper says about academics, regardless of comparisons between various shades of UT’s social work degrees to A&M graduates average salary, two things are certain -
#1 team in Texas right now
#1 college community in Texas, always and forever
