Several teams struggle in weird week 1 of college football

I’m down to melt as much as the guy when we shite
the bed, but I’ll take our outcome compared to the below games today.
#2 OU struggles with Tulane and beats them by 5
#7 Iowa State struggles with Northern Iowa and hangs on to win 16-10
#11 Oregon has to score late to win a dogfight against Fresno State
#20 Washington loses to FCS Montana
Mississippi State comes back to barely beat La Tech by 1
Missouri struggles with Central Michigan and ends up winning by 10
Oklahoma State struggles with Missouri State (Bobby P sighting) and wins 23-16
Illinois Berts it up and loses to UTSA
Vanderbilt gets throttled 23-3 by FCS ETSU
Georgia Tech loses to Northern Illinois
Duke loses to FCS Charlotte

I really hope we can find some more rhythm in the passing game and clean up penalties for next week. Running game and defense look good.

Bielema was about two feet away from converting another 4th and 25 miracle. They caught a pass on 4th and 25 as time ran out that would have tied it but the receiver landed out of the back of the end zone. It was wild to see it almost happen.

Moo State really needs to give the game ball to Skip Holtz for that one. His clock management in the final two minutes made me wonder if Chad had possessed him. Just mind numbingly awful play calling down the stretch. To think a lot of the boosters wanted him to be the next HC here.

Yep the amount of "bet you wish you had him back durr" shite was enormous
Still can't believe he got a pay increase to coach there. They deserve what they get, which will be a shitload of embarrassing losses
