Could that be PsyOps info UGA put out there to keep Clemson guessing?

I mean, the rumors are coming from Washington last night saying he could play and “he’s got something for y’all” to his Facebook Live audience. Think SI is reported on it as well.

Can’t imagine he would be the best of our TEs after having surgery on a minor fracture, but if they tape it up well enough…probably comes down to playing through the pain

If he's close, hopefully Tykee Smith is right behind him.

It would be wild if all of the sudden pregame,
Our insane injury just healed up. Even if limited, nobody on the other sideline Darnell getting off the bus ????

We have two cupcakes right after, so maybe it's worth the gamble.

Different injury. He’s out until until at least week 3

If I had to choose only one back for Clemson, I probably would have taken the All American safety who was going to have an impact at Star. I am not sold on Brini based on one good game against Cincinnati. He's been passed by a lot of guys during his time at UGA.

Still, if Washington is back, the combo of him and Bowers would be a coverage nightmare for Clemson.

Any quality TE we can put out there is an advantage. Clemson struggles covering TEs.

If he sucked, he wouldn’t be at uga right now.

Or you could say Brini has learned from some very good players and taking his opportunity now to get playing time.

Is he cleared like JTD was for AU or is he actually going to play?

The scooter he’s riding around on says otherwise.

Don’t they all ride scooters?

That's a very positive spin on the situation. But Tykee was brought in for a reason. Probably wouldn't be here if Brini was better. Then again, everyone loves an underdog so maybe Brini comes out and wins player of the week or something?

Nonetheless, Brini as starter - and even worse, the fact that walk-on safety Dan Jackson is in the mix - yeah, we're opening the season a bit lower than our usual standards in the secondary.

Ive got faith in brini.

We havent used "1" nickel defender since maurice smith.
Mark webb, divaad wilson, ty stevenson.

Bringing in tykee is not an indicator that brini cant contribute.

Brini will impress. He wont be perfect (no one is at nickel when they have to cover waddell one week and pitts the next. It is too difficult). He will make plays for us this saturday.
