Not one (1), I mean 1 (one) of those teams were power 5 in 2020. They all were trash you and I know that.

Now this, this is delicious. Thanks for the lunch

Screw the statistics; we’re talking quality of play and competition. Hell I could putt my six year old in the year and let him run back and forth until he gets 100 points that doesn’t mean it’s quality college football.

I saw quality football last year.

LSU fans could have seen more as well if they didn't turn the channel after the 1st quarter.

Probably the best win streak in modern college football history.

What was USC win streak in 03-05…34? How many were P5?

How many P5 teams did Clemson beat on their way to 29-0?

14 wins in a row, all against power 5 teams.

That is pretty remarkable.

I am guessing this would be known as the platinum age for Alabama football.

I hate y'all and all but damn it is impressive.

Let's do a quick exercise (just for fun)...

Let's look at the records for the opponents of Bill's favorite team ever and count only the wins/losses against BCS-AQ teams to see how they'd stack up:

(0-8) Arkansas
(1-8) Vandy
(1-1) UCF
(2-8) Ole Miss
(3-7) Mississippi State
(5-5) Texas A&M
(6-5) Texas
(7-4) Auburn
(8-2) Alabama
(9-2) Florida

The only teams with double digit wins:
UGAy (Fromm lolz)
Choklahoma (played Baylor twice)
Clemson (prob should've been Ohio State)

2020 Bama total opp BCS AQ Wins to Losses:
84 to 61 (0.5793 winning %)

2019 LSU total opp BCS AQ Wins to Losses:
75 to 55 (0.5769 winning %)

Now obviously LSU peppered some non P5 cupcakes in between these games to make it easier for them, so we already know their streak can't compare. However after just looking at the records it looks like once again, the 2020 Bama team just barely edges out 2019 LSU for having the best season (and streak) ever.

Everyone saw how much the teams in the best conference in college football struggled with an all-SEC schedule. Makes it all the more impressive that Alabama cruised to an UNDEFEATED SEASON and had only 1 game within 14 points. tGOAT team

Would be impressive if not for Covid year not counting

Wow... less than 15 mins to Asssss-trisk it up. This is almost a record.

Thread OP should learn his lesson, though. Post positive Bama news in Oct when most of the bayou-faithful are licking wounds, returning in their safe-zone.

Isn't starting a sentence with "Hell" usually a sign of
righteous indignation ?
