He was in no way shape or form a dual threat QB in college. He was also like a 5 second 40 guy

You’re either 16 years old or didn’t start watching football until very recently

Jameis Winston was as mobile as Matt Ryan, I don’t care what some idiot recruiting analyst said.

He didn’t run in college and he didn’t run in the pros.

Those distinctions seem to be meaningless these days. Jake Coker who signed in 2011 with Florida State (and transferred to Alabama) was ranked as a “pro style QB”. He was much more mobile in the pocket than Winston. By no means a runner, but just efficient at avoiding pass rushers.
