Texas already did it. They claimed ESPN had no role in it.
Which is obvious bullshite, but how can you prove otherwise?

U.S. senator Roger Marshall, a Kansas Republican, has drafted a letter to U.S. attorney general Merrick Garland asking for the Department of Justice to launch a formal investigation into ESPN.
Marshall drafted the letter on Wednesday, a few days after traditional Big 12 powers Oklahoma and Texas announced plans to join the SEC and left the Big 12’s remaining eight members unsure about their collective future.

I hope ABC/Disney/ESPN burns to the ground. Bunch of leftist cocksuckers. I thought that before realignment, so this isn't a new position for me.

Maybe Texas and Oklahoma were right to get more revenue while sharing a contract with those nobodies.

The schools are also about to be openly sued by the remains of the Big XII. Supposedly both violated the league GoR, and could be forced to give up all their media rights, as well as forfeit all revenues for the next few years as a result.
