Elite DBs going to Texas A&M is gross. LSU or Bama I can understand. A&M? No pedigree whatsoever. I can’t name an A&M defensive player in the league besides Garrett, especially not a DB.

It’s just unnatural. Texas, LSU, Florida, Ohio State etc all have DB pedigrees tracing back 30+ years. Each of those teams have 4+ DB starters in the league right now.

I would imagine a current recruit cares a lot less about "pedigree" and a lot more about not falling into the black hole of failed dreams that has been the UT football program for the last decade. So many talented recruits have gone to Austin, never to be heard from again. Sad.
