With Texas and A&M back on Thanksgiving week, I would love to play the Sooners at the end of the season instead of that dreadful Arkansas boot 2:30 game on Black Friday.

Sure. I'm not sure OU has any real preferences coming into the SEC for things like this. Our football culture is any one, anywhere, anytime. If we get whooped we get whooped but we're not backing down.
I think we're going to treat it like a mosh pit. Just jump into the fight, start swinging, and see where we are at when it ends.

You kicked the shite out of us in the last game. Bad matchup in that one. Historically great offense vs the worst defense in OU history. We play defense now. It’d be fun.

That's up to the Pokes. We already said we'd play them OOC every year if they want as soon as our prior OOC engagements have been met.

Does Bedlam need to be played the last weekend. Last 4 times
2018 played on 10 November
2019 played on 30 November (last weekend at Ok. State)
2020 played on 24 October
2021 to be played 27 November (last weekend at Ok. State)
So seems with the Big 12 playing the 9 team round robin with top 2 teams playing in Title Game, when the game was at OU, it was played earlier in the season.
Seems to me OU is in the negotiating driver seat. If Ok. State wants to play, we play early in the Season, maybe game 2 or 3, after 1 or 2 warmup games regardless if the game is in Norman or Stillwater.

It would be good for the state, but I couldn’t care less. We’re OSU’s rival but they’re not OUrs. I’d prefer getting something going with a traditional power that weekend. LSU would probably be the most fun
