I wouldn't mind UCF being in the SEC. I think their recruiting would explode in all sports. It would also help recruiting Florida for all SEC teams even more.
ETA I think they just started playing D-1 in the early 2000's. They have come a long way in a short period of time.

Texas is our unlikely hero. For far too long, we’ve been shackled by an arrogant Leviathan disguised as the Power 5. But the day of reckoning has arrived and the arrogant system that oppressed us is ironically now the same system that imploded to set us free. No thanks to the SEC, we’ll be fine in the Big 12. But tick tock Florida and the rest of the old order elites who held us down bc here we come and we haven’t forgotten..

Tech and FSU are in the same boat for me. Tech left the conference. The SEC wanted FSU badly. They wanted to play a basketball schedule in football. It served them well for years. FSU had their chance. Tech decided the grass was greener elsewhere.
