The state asked LSU to spread the paydays around, so they rotate around the other state schools. Can’t play them all every year.

Personally I wish the P5 go to all P5 games, given the New playoff format guarantees the top 5 Conference Champions a spot among the 12.
Schools like ULL, UCF, etc can sink or swim on their own, most will sink and I could care less.

Probably the same reason UCF doesn't play in CFB National Championship games.... because UCF and ULL both suck.

Like the entire state? We definitely play pretty much every Louisiana team at some point. We play McNeese this year I think.
