I honestly dont understand the fascination with Clemson this year. Their Dline is not dominate they have 2 talented guys. Breese and Murphy are good but nothing our oline cant handle. Henry was suppose to be a star but pretty much hasnt been, They return a senior rb that had 190 yards at 4.5 a carry. They return very little at wr and their oline is garbage. DJ will be a star but lets see how he fares with a bad oline and very little help offensively. This team shouldnt scare anyone. They could lose a couple of ACC games.

Assuming a team that's recruited top 3 every season and been in the playoffs every year but one will be average to bad at every position group.

What could go wrong?

Amazing. It's actually much easier than a romp through the SEC East.

Due to the fact that Bama doesn't have to play itself, this reasoning doesn't hold much water for the Gumps.

For fans of other West schools, I'll reluctantly allow it.

Do not see UGA’s O line holding up against Clemson’s pass rush. Very close game.

UGA should win this game, and you could argue it is an enormous fricking statement game for the UGA program.

That means they will lose and do it in hilarious fashion.

Fun fact:

Bama has had an easier "romp" through the SECW than Clemson had with ACC Atlantic 2 outta the last 3
years.

They were 5, 3 , 10 and 7. Alot of the top players out of those classes are either in the NFL, didn't develope or are no longer there. Thomas and Henry were both 5 stars and have done very little. Ross has talent, shows flashes but isn't consistent. Bowman is gone, Kendrick is gone. They have a solid dline, oline not so much.

QB-UGA
RB-UGA
WR-UGA
TE-UGA
OL-UGA
DL-UGA
LB-UGA
I would even venture to say UGA has a better secondary but prove to me that UGA isn't better vthan Clemson at every position and significantly better a several.

I swear UGA was more talented than Florida last year? And USC/LSU the previous year? I forgot what the end result for those games were.

Was LSU more talented than Missouri or MSU last year?

You actually think UGA was more talented than a LSU team that had 14 players taken in the draft, the Heisman winner and FIVE of the 1st 40 players taken in the NFL draft?

I already know what's going to happen. Georgia will lose to Clemson in a squeaker, then will run the table and finish the regular season 11-1. They will meet an undefeated/once-beaten Alabama team in the SEC Championship, lose in another squeaker, and finish the season with a 12-2 record. Their fans will then tell us all throughout the offseason that their only two losses were to teams that made the College Football Playoff when 1980 is thrown in their faces again.

Georgia's weakness is on the sideline. Kirby can recruit but he wins on talent alone. He's not that great at making halftime adjustments and his player development is merely above average. In most other eras, however, he'd be dominant in the SEC and throughout college football. He's coaching in the same era as Dabo Sweeney and Nick Saban, however.

UGA beats Clemson, who goes 12-1 wins the ACC and makes the playoff.

UGA beats undefeated Bama is SECC, both make the playoffs.

UGA is undefeated #1 team and loses to Clemson in a rematch in CFP.

OU loses to Bama in first round of playoff.

Bama and Clemson play for another NC. With both teams only loss of the year being to UGA.

That’s a UGA nightmare season..

I have been watching Clemson get their butt kicked in tough games the last two years.

We always play Clemson tough and usually win.

Clemson is fools gold this year
