New Jersey Institute of Technology is maybe 10 miles from where Jared Kushner grew up, also near the house that was staged as "Tony Sopranos'" house in the Sopranos, and I've driven by the interstate to see the "Bada Bing" strip club from Sopranos, which I think is a real life strip club by another name.
I spent over a week in that area once, and I went in never having had any respect for New York pizza, because I guess I'd never had the real thing. I came away like this - - and I gained about 6 pounds in a week. Also, garlic knots, in Jersey/NY they are about the size of your fist, olive oil and parmesan all through, and I'd bet those things are 1500 calories per.
Our boy Vinnie Ascolese is from Bergin, about 10 miles NE of New Jersey Tech.
Away from the NYC area and down into the Philly area, I have a great memory with my Dad as we visited Washington Crossing, PA, where General George Washington crossed the Delaware River into Trenton, New Jersey to surprise attack the Hessian German mercenaries hired by those bastard British POS's. You can skip a rock across that little river. Very cool to visit.
That's all I've got righth now.

Ron Brewer played briefly for the New Jersey Nets in 1985, and the Nets were who drafted Tony Brown in 1982. The Nets were also who Scotty Thurman got a tryout from when he left too early from the Hogs.
Football Hogs who played for the New York Giants in East Rutherford, NJ, also near New Jersey Tech, were/are Ryan Hale, Mitch Petrus and Robert Thomas

You've been ordered to head down to Florida with Tony Meatballs to help take care of that thing.
He's also going to be taking you out on a fishing trip.

Why would you sell it? The Sopranos is the GOAT. I stream it, but anything Sopranos, I wouldn't sell. Hell, if you have an entertainment room, display it there.
