Maybe you just have trouble understanding? Since the year 2000, these have been the teams that were one hit wonders.

Teams, not programs. 2019 LSU did have a decent year in 2018, so you could make that argument for them that it wasn't a one hit.

So if we’re going by teams, and considering every season of every program has only 1 unique team, wouldn’t every team in history technically be considered a 1-hit wonder under these parameters?

It’s kind of a weird graphic IMO, could have been done better. Including LSU made it odd.
