I mean, was it stupid that they didn't at least send her a simple condolences? Absolutely.
But she also came off a walking rich girl stereotype who acts like a big baby because she didn't get the attention she wanted or throws a fit when she doesn't get her way.

To be even more honest we fricked up by ever allowing Nikki Haley to have that much power. fricking refuse $ from the state and find another way to fund things if that's what we have to do to get the political clown show the frick out of our asses.

Clemson isn't a private school. They told them to take a hike. How'd they get it done? Do whatever they did. Idgaf if we copy them in this case.

Yes he told Ray to let Frank go but agreed to give Frank time to find another job but Alex English and Senator Darryl Jackson stepped in and USC was threatened that the $35 million for the medical center would be a no go if Frank was let go. That's why it was a couple of weeks before you heard anything. Once again politics getting involved with our Athletic department.

Caslen can only do so much. Pastides was a snake that we're only now realizing was so dangerous.
I'm not suggesting my kids go to my alma mater. And that hurts me to say. USC is a mess.

This is on Dorn Smith, plain and simple. He's the chairman of the BOT. The man grew up in Turbeville, which is right beside Lake City and less than 10 miles from the Moore's family farm. His family would have known Darla Moore's family from the time he was a child, as the white population in that part of Clarendon and Florence Counties is relatively small. He also has admitting privileges at McLeod. Darla's mother passed away at McLeod Hospice in Florence. There is no way he didn't know about this, either directly or from his wife. Knowing what I know (Mom is from Turbeville), I believe the snub was intentional.
