“I like to [expletive] women like you, you older women, because y'all know y'all like us young men to [expletive] y'all,” Scott says Guice told her. “And, you know you want this body.”

Scott also accuses Guice of rubbing his body and grabbing his groin region while directing those comments at her. According to Scott, she tried to scold Guice for his words and actions, but the alleged harassment went on for several more minutes.

“‘Young man, respect me,’” Scott says she responded. “‘I am a grandmother, and I have grandkids. How would you like somebody to talk to your grandmother this way and handle this like that?’ I said, ‘My grandsons are not like this.’ And he told me, ‘[expletive] your grandsons. They don't know nothing, you and I are going to the hotel so I could [expletive] you.’”
The next day, Scott alleges that she got a call from Orgeron and Lewis. While the LSU head coach denies speaking to Scott, she says that the pair wanted to get Guice on the phone so he could apologize. However, she simply wanted Guice to be suspended for the Citrus Bowl. After making that suggestion, per Scott’s account of events, Orgeron said he would get back to her but did not.

When her complaint about Guice was dismissed by LSU administrative officials, Scott went to a local news reporter with her accusations against the Tigers running back. According to her, the TV outlet told Scott that they had been informed by LSU that she was just trying to get money from them.
