Funny nobody supports them.

Just think of the things they have done.

1. Unequal treatment North Carolina basketball players got credits for classes they never took.

2. NCAA Investigators sleeping with Ole Miss boosters wives to get Miss State hammered.

3. The Miami fiasco. The NCAA bribing Shapiro and Perez. Actually put money in Shapiro jail account. Read here

LINK

4. Making Alabama vacate games over giving school books to girls.

5. NCAA hammers Florida in 1982. They told Charley Pell if he comes clean they will go easy on Florida. He comes clean Florida still gets hammered. One of the violations is walk on players staying in players dorm before games. More are walkon players eating Thanksgiving dinner with team in dorm and taking toilet paper from the team dorm back to their apartments.

These are just a few examples of how out of control they are.

The NCAA will get very little support from schools because they have screwed so many teams.

Every single school in the SEC supports them. As does every school that plays sports in the country.

The NCAA is the schools.

Somehow people do not get this point.

"Supports" is a strong word. There's just no alternative at the moment

Is actually a handful of presidents of schools that make up that make up the board of governors. Go look at that list and see if it makes sense

I’m sure Faynese Miller of Hamline U is a fine person and qualified to be a school president, but what on earth is he/she doing sitting on this board regulating big time football?

Don't care about Ole Miss's past troubles.

Fact is NCAA has issues if their investigators are screwing booster wives.

It is just a point of how dirty the NCAA is.

I know it is an embarrassment for Ole Miss but it is still what happened.

Their is no point to make if Ole Miss booster wives keep their pants on.

Only the athletic dept is part of the NCAA. The guy who cleans up the math building is he part of the NCAA. At his 10 year anniversary of working at the school he is told he is an important part of the school. Is he part if the NCAA?

Exactly this.

They believe the NCAA is a government organization or something is all I can figure out.

Show me the document where it says "This NCAA investigator punished Mississippi State because the wife of an Ole Miss booster he was sleeping with told him to"

The NCAA settled before the the real dirt came out. It is well known this happened. The NCAA wanted to cover itself.
