Rooting for Alabama Monday

It does not happen often.
If Ohio State wins with 4 less wins than Alabama, to me it will cheapen the season. Too many players have sacrificed too much across the country for a team that played half a season to be gifted a playoff spot. There is zero chance a 5-0 Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, etc gets in the Big 10 title game.

I will root for Bama....as should all SEC fans and the reason is simple, we need to showcase that the SEC is the best conference. Why? A&M fans are exhibit A....because the conference was not considered elite....A&M was excluded from the big dance. Think about that and let it sink in because your team could be the next A&M...Nuetered Damsel didnt belong on the same field as Bama. A&M should have gotten in and gotten third seed to face Clemson.

I know. It's quite liberating.

Good luck to the coaches and players who have worked hard and executed.
Jones, Smith, and Harris are fun to watch.
So are Fields, Sermons, and Olave.
Should be a good game.

Likewise and that's pretty much my perspective.
OSU played 5 regular season games; Alabama played 10 in an all SEC schedule. So based on a Big10 schedule, Bama has played an additional entire season of games compared to OSU; think about that for a second......
Players are injured to some extent in every game so it stands to reason that OSU will likely have more of there best players on the field and far fewer banged up players aka OSU should be fresh as a daisy and wide-open and I'm sure they will be.
OSU dominated both lines of scrimmage vs Clemson with their healthy and fresh roster and no doubt they will be looking to do the same against Bama. If OSU is able to shut down the Tide running game and if Fields is anywhere near 100%, then I can easily see an upset in this game mainly because OSU should have the healthier team having played 5 less games.

I never, ever, pull for Alabama. It’s just not in any true LSU fan’s DNA to ever want to see Bama win in anything. Geaux Buckeyes!
