You don't risk millions for a meaningless game when your aren't getting paid to play.

Everyone on the team understands that and so do coaches.

Time for the team to suit up and play. No bitching allowed.

I can only think of ONE player who lost money by getting hurt in a "meaningless" bowl and he recently just signed his 2nd NFL contract that incuded a $35 million signing bonus.

The odds are infintessable that one of theae guys "losses millions" by playing in this game.

BTW,why not go ahead and extend this logic out to "meaningless" regular season games at the end of the season?

Same difference,correct?
