I'm warming up to the hire. He may turn out to be an awful fit, but he's far from what I was expecting based on the rumor mill.

Some things I liked from the every TD video
1) lots of deep shots.
2) maybe 1 screen
3) throwing it 40 yards downfield up 49-7
4) slants
5) use of their tight end in the red zone

If he does these things at Auburn, we will all be double-checking to make sure we have the right game on! Slants? TE as a receiver?

Though those things are excitable, Id hold back just a little bit. Those opportunities may not be the same against Auburns competition. It always looks easy against lesser opponents.

Excited about that offense.
-Balanced run vs pass.
-Power run game looks decent.
-Multiple QBs look poised and confident in the pocket.
-Good play action calls inside the 10 yd line.
-Formations and motions to get favorable matchups.
I'm just excited for something new. Gus and his offense has been very stale since '15 outside of a couple of dynamic RBs in Pettway and Kerryon. Hopefully Harsin can either coach up Bo or get someone in there who looks confident like that video showed. Can't wait.

Looks like they played multiple QB's in 2019 and they all looked competent in running the offense. I would think Harsin would go after another transfer QB to push Bo a little bit. It would be nice to go into a game knowing that one injury won't sink our chances.
The more I see what Harsin has done, the more I am liking this hire. I just hope he has a stellar plan for recruiting.
