Kentucky played Alabama with less than 53 scholarship players.
The above statement is not true
maybe it was Mississippi State that played with less than 53 but I know Kentucky was depleted vs Alabama. The point is that a team can play without 53.

You do not know that

"Citing student privacy issues, Kentucky has not released information all season on players who have been placed in quarantine due to a positive COVID-19 test or contact tracing."

Mississippi State will play Georgia with less than 53 scholarship players.
If you are wondering how Mississippi State can play while being below the minimum threshold of scholarship players, the SEC does not prohibit teams from playing if they go below 53 players. Once that number is reached, teams are allowed to make their own decision whether to play that weekend or not.
Like I have said, your research skills are severely lacking, if nonexistent.
