So the measuring stick is against a team that brought 50 scholarship players to the game? The running game was worse than anything I can EVER remember against a team that brought nothing. They sold out on the run and won that battle mightily. If you think this is a milestone, then fasten your seatbelt because it's going to get ugly.

MSU came to play tonight. Our defense was ill-prepared and our OL was getting bullied.

A weak opponent or not, JT was dropping dimes tonight. I haven't seen a UGA QB throw deep balls like that in a while.

We already wrote this season off, but we have some hope for next year.

Wait they sold out on our run game and shut it down and we passed for 403 yards instead of going 3 and out every possession and losing by two touchdowns?

JT Daniels is better than I thought he was. He might be a bit better than Fromm was but we must have a running game.

I'm happy with the win. This is a screwed up season and right now motivation isn't all there.

MSU deserves quite a bit of credit for how well they played short-handed on the road.

I'm happy for the win but I'm also willing to call it for what it is. We were 25+ point favorites against a team that brought half of their scholarship players. Nothing is in sync. We ran the ball for less than 10 yards in an entire game. Our defense gave up a few big plays but let Mississippi State dink and dunk us to death. Daniels had a good game but it's not near as good as everyone is making it. I hope he continues to get healthy but he would have been no better than Stetson or Mathis against Bama or Florida.

Physically... There’s no comparison.

Umm no. Not at all. I mean... not even one fricking yard. You old liberal fricks are definitely the problem and must be eliminated to change the status quo.

Fromm could never make the throws Daniels was making tonight.

Again, against a team that brought less than 50 scholarship players...versus a team that's been a top 3 recruiting class team? I guess I need to have a drink and unwind and celebrate. I guess I expected more than this.

Everything from here out should be seen as preparation for 2021. I don't care who the opponent was, some of the throws Daniels made tonight were really encouraging. We haven't had a deep ball thrower like that since Aaron Murray.

The run game and defense were atrocious, but baby steps. We had something positive at QB for the first time in years.

Woken and Pat Forde are alone in a tier of douche writers. They both suck.

I need to rewatch the game. I think about 5 of the 10 incompleted passes were dropped.

Exactly as it should be. The best possible outcome played out tonight and we should all be grateful for 2021. Maybe Kirby knew it all alone

JT looked good but some perspective is needed. We looked like shite in many aspects of the game. No heart, soft, and let a very depleted team bully us in the trenches. MSU has heart, devil his due and all. If they weren’t completely depleted we’d be having a different discussion. A wins a win, I get it, but anyone more upbeat about the program tonight is just blind. We got issues beyond talent and scheme...... we’ve got a bunch of entitled players and coaches going through the motions. The season was a wash after UF but we seemed to be going through the motions after Bama.....
