After seeing the plays called and the lack again of TEs involved or slants or you name it..

... we are still running Gus' offense.

Absolutely not. No deep shots. Passes to the running backs. Only thing close is part of thre run game.

Got crossing patterns. Delay releases.

Completely different pass attack and play calls.

Morris hails from the Gus network. They’re not suppose to look night and day different. I’m willing to bet they’re running a different offense but with no off season they’re probably not where they’d like to be.

This is morris. It does look like Gus at times, though

no we aren't. Gus would have continued running the ball when it was working. Chad wants to throw it 4 out of every 5 downs.

It's more about tendencies that proves that Gus is, at the very least, meddling in the offense

I don’t see it at all. Pegues cat might be a Gus special but that’s probably it. Motion sets routes passing concepts are nothing like Gus.

If it were Gus’s offense we would have passed 8 times and ran for 450 on that defense and won 48-12

Ok. I'll buy that but explain to me why the TEs are still not involved more? We've signed like 8 of em since Morris got here.

And why no other WR targetted? When we play more stiffer Ds we better have better options.

I will say the line looked a little better with some new starters but not sure how strong Arks front line is.

because Gus recruited guys who can block. He didn't give a damn about their hands.

Yeah, I don’t think the TEs are good yet. And they’re not highly utilized across CFB. I can name less than a handful and it’s only because we recruited them

That is a pretty disingenuous statement. Go back ad watch film on our 4 TEs. Shanker and Deal I will give you..those are basically FBs, but Frazier, Pegues, Fromm? I highly disagree.

I know Frazier is hurt. I think once he returns you will see more passes to the TE. That kid is going to be a nightmare for opposing Defenses if we can get the ball to him.

What type of injury might he have that has kept him out for at least 3 weeks.

So Deal is not a TE or even Pegues that can catch a sit down route or a slant across the LOS? pegues has been utilized but Bo can't seem to get the ball to him.

What is this TE you speak of? This is THE same exact offense the past.
