A new QB with a new OC would be expected to struggle against a defense returning alot of starters. This isn't a surprise to anyone with common sense.

I don’t think anyone disagrees with this. I think people also expect the UGA offense to struggle this season for the same reasons (among others), which is also common sense

Yep. It would be a concern for UGA or anyone if the offense was outplaying they defense at this point in fall camp.

Word is no more scrimmages either sounds like it will be a long year for the Bulldogs

Oh really think that happened last year with LSU, nope. Y’all are going to fricking suck.
Posted on 9/6/20 at 2:45 pm to whatkindanameiskirby
They likely would’ve struggled against Spain Park’s HS defense. Not surprising.

No one said it was a surprised

I actually agree with you.
But it still won’t stop me from saying your offense sucks dick

We've been telling you your offense will be inept this year, but you all have refused to accept it. Even losing your QBs to injury or COVID and you still are blind to this fact.
Well, you'll find out the hard way soon anyway.

UGA's offense will still score plenty against lesser competition just due to a talent gap, but against Alabama, Florida, etc - that won't cut it and UGA will need to rely on their defense. It's a good defense, but those other teams have good defenses too.
UGA was considered a underdog to Alabama and slight favorite to Florida prior to your QB opting out. It doesn't bode well for you at this stage.

IDK man.. us LSU fans use to make this excuse quite often..
In fact, I have seen a lot of similar excuses from Georgia over the past year or so.
You could be right though.

Blah blah blah, just like regular season.

Am I the only one that doesn't really care much about this season? Whoever wins the "natty" will have an asterisk by it. Everything about the season just feels cheapened.
