I am gonna say each team loses at least one game this year. The more I think about it the more I see it happening.

What is your pre-season prediction?

Same. I'm waiting for a mass group on a team to get corona. Like an offensive line that derails the season. I'm betting this season is like 2007. Bat shite crazy and impossible to project because of all the wildcards.

I can see every team losing at least one game and possibly only one team finishing 9-1

If this season were normal, I would think for sure one team would finish undefeated.

B/c this season will undoubtedly have an asterisk next to it, for better or worse, I think more upsets will happen and some of the middle-tier teams will be more apt to catch an upper-tier team napping one week

No doubt. We've all been clamoring for fewer "cupcake" games, but this full SEC slate has the potential to be brutal for some (if not all) teams, especially if key players move in and out of quarantine throughout the year.

I think a lot of it will depend on adequate depth to overcome the potential roster management hurdles, and it's really difficult to imagine anyone making it through this season unscathed.

SEC West

1. LSU
2. Bama
3. Auburn

SEC East

1. Florida
2. Georgia
3. Tennessee/Kentucky (tie)

Bama backs into playoff for the 4th time in a decade. LSU wins natty.

I could seriously see Bama, Georgia and LSU going 10-2 and everyone else doing the same or a lot worse. We're going to beat each other up. Think about it, it will be easy for those people whose teams sat out to say a national champion with 2 or 3 losses isn't really a national champion. But, I think the country will finally get to see how tough the SEC really is. I am looking forward to this.

UGA won't lose to UF, maybe Bama. 9-1 and on to our 4th straight SECG.

...

I am legit wondering how on earth that works.

Alabama, Georgia and LSU all lose one game in the regular season, make an extended 16-team playoff, win their opening round and then lose the second round game? (Never against each other, and if there's only 8 teams at least two would play each other in the next round).

Or...

Alabama vs UGA in the SECCG. Loser wins their bowl game, winner loses their bowl game, and LSU makes the playoffs, wins the first round, then loses in the title game.

Honestly, I could see that too.

Arik Gilbert will win freshman of the year, push Pitts for 1st team All SEC and give opposing defenses nightmares the week before the game.

UGA will have a 1000 yard back, 1000 yard WR and 3000 yard passer. This would be a first for us, I think.

I would agree with that

Just wanna beat Georgia instead of LSU. Make them actually have some kind of respect for top 10 rivals facing off. They talk like they will never lose to Mullen lol

Because of win in 18 fresh off the title game loss UF fresh 4 wins that dont even count imo

Kirby is 1-0 since Mac kicked his arse with Chubb michel eason lol nobody expected fla to win that game

Finally the depth has arising

Wow, you really went rogue here, this is a riveting prediction Nostradamus. You do realize were in the SEC and Will Muschamp is still our head coach, right? You can go ahead and mail us in for 5/6 L's.

Green was a true freshman. Finished with 963 yards on the season. I think he got dinged up in the bowl game.

Green got hurt late in the 2009 season and missed 3 games. Finished with 808 yards (joe cox was qb)

Then 2010 was his suspension year missing the first 4 games. RsFr Aaron Murray was Qb. Finished with 848 yards.
