Go to 30:00, do you think it should have been ruled a fumble? One of the closest calls I've seen. Awesome game btw if you need something to watch

Touchdown, but it would be extremely hard to overturn the initial call regardless of what the Ref did

They hurt Mallet and thought it was over. Then Wilson came in and dropped a couple of bombs. Still think that was a fumble to this day. I was livid at the time.

Ball landed on the half yard line.
Clearly a fumble.
IIRC, Arkansas got screwed again later in the same game with another fumble/not fumble call

Yeah Mallett got hurt on yalls next series but you didn't miss a beat with Wilson. I wonder what Wilson could've done in 2012 with a healthy Knile Davis and Petrino as coach for both years, as it was he got beaten to a pulp

If Arkansas wins that game, we likely play Oregon for the national championship. Auburn beat SC in the SECCG and we beat SC 41-20 that year.

Except that Wilson threw a couple of interceptions. If Mallet doesn't get hurt, Arkansas wins.

That 2010 team was definitely better than the 2011 one
So much fun watching that offense, really well balanced

I think so too.

Looked like a fumble to me, I'm not sure how they overturned it since it was called a fumble on the field.
And I agree, that later fumble for six was very questionable as well. That play sealed the game.

Yeah I still think Broderick Green was down on that too. Take those two plays away and we'd still be down 8 though. Would have needed another TD plus the 2 point conversion just to tie it.
A little more luck against Alabama that year and we could have ended the regular season 13-0 if it wasn't for Cam Newton

Clearly a fumble.
Didn't A&blM have some crazy fumble with Clemson in 2018?

Mallet wasn't a world beater. Cam was.

The Zac Ethridge recovery for a TD was clearly a fumble, however. That was the correct call.

Watch the last replay very carefully. The only thing that crossed the goal line? An empty hand. Right hand is holding nothing but air as he crosses the plane.

Tyler Wilson was more mobile than Ryan Mallett. I actually think it worked out better in Arkansas’ favor that he went down hurt.
