There's two different high schools in Illinois who's mascots are the Pretzels.
One of my cousins spent a year at one of them, not sure which.
New Berlin High School Pretzels, who say "Pretzel Pride"
and the Freeport High School Pretzels, who say "Pretzel Power"
this right here is probably the worst helmet logo I've ever seen in my life:

Here's one from Div II football - the Erskine College (SC) Flying Fleet was scheduled to restart their football program this year, though Covid-19 has plans in disarray. This would be the first season from them since 1951.
Their logo is the "Flying Fleet" which I think is pretty cool. A big seller in the school bookstore is a T-shirt that reads, “Erskine College — Undefeated since 1951.”

Technically, DSU is the "Statesmen." The Fighting Okra is nickname/mascot developed in the 90s.
