That would be a ratings bonanza for a lot of those games.

The Gumps would squeal Punkin Pie like the little biches they have become if they had to play this Schedule

Not sure why. Everyone plays the same number of SEC games.

Auburn played both UGA and UF in 2019
LSU played both UGA and UF in 2018

And both of those teams did it in an 8-game schedule rather than a 10-game schedule.

Why the hell would Florida get to keep the bye before wlocp and not us?

So UF plays Bama right after playing UGA?

Subtle

Exactly what I was gonna post.
No bueno for that Gators off week before
the WLOCP.

Getting that Gators off week was the first
thing Spurrier did when he got the job.Made a big difference and helped turn the tide for the Gators.

Would you prefer bama at the start of the season and let UGA have the bye week before the WLOCP?

I tried to space out the Marquee Matchups involving the Big 6 plus A&M since they are likely to be ranked Preseason Top 15

Week 1: Georgia at Alabama
Week 2: Florida at Tennessee
Week 3: LSU at Auburn
Week 4: Alabama at Tennessee; LSU at Florida
Week 5: Georgia at Tennessee
Week 6: Georgia vs. Florida; Alabama at LSU
Week 7: Alabama at Florida; Tennessee at LSU
Week 8: Texas A&M at Auburn
Week 9: Texas A&M at Alabama
Week 10: Auburn at Georgia; Florida at Texas A&M
Week 11: Auburn at Alabama; LSU at Texas A&M

Because with only one off week per team its nearly impossible to give two teams in the same division an off week on the same day.

To be fair, I looked at both schedules and I concluded Florida's was more difficult. Georgia and Florida both play Auburn and Alabama, but Florida also has to play LSU. So if only one of htose gets the bye week before the Cocktail Party, in fairness it should probably be Florida.

I don’t prefer it one way or the other, but it’s a bit different when UGA opens with Bama and gets to host Vandy the week after, whereas Florida plays UGA, then gets to host Bama

I think many of you are going to be shocked at the difficulty of the actual schedule when it comes out. When you play 10 conference games with zero OOC cupcakes and only one off week, you are pretty much guaranteed a tough stretch.

The part of the above schedule I least like is Texas A&M's stretch of at Auburn, at Alabama, Florida, & LSU in four consecutive weeks to close the season. But when you are trying to fit all these into a puzzle, there's zero chance of making sure every difficult game for each team is perfectly spaced out with no tough games back-to-back. It's literally impossible.

You have UT
9/26 @Arky
10/10 @USC
10/17 @Bama
10/24 @UGA
11/7 @LSU
12/5 @Vandy

That's 6 away.

I'm telling you... with every team playing 10 conference games in just 11 weeks, its going to be impossible for every team to keep the bye weeks they've grown accustomed to. You're not going to see both UF & UGA get a bye on the same week while both AL & LSU also get a bye on the same week, etc. It's just not mathematically possible.
