It sure will.....
I spent over 30 years in business so I kinda know. Small and medium businesses can not survive being closed for so long; they don't have the cash reserves or capital.

There will be MASSIVE business failures from top to bottom. Football and football towns will be the least of it.

My bleeding retirement account would be depressing if not being somewhat comforted with the fact I still have 20 years to recover.

I couldn't imagine the knot in my stomach if I were waiting to start cashing out within the next 2 to 3 or 5 years and still had the majority in more mkt vulnerable securities. Can't wait for Biden to come in and "save the day" with his inevitable New Deal-Great Society Hybrid that bloats government, extends the recession (if not drives a depression), and backfires to cause even greater economic, political and racial divide.

If your retirement account is still bleeding you have done something wrong. We have gained most of it back and if you were dollar cost averaging the whole time, you really shouldn’t even be down.

He's gonna do all that while granting amnesty to ~30 million illegals. People better start thinking about exit strategies

It's still down -3.64% YTD. Not concerned given the life cycle plan of the portfolio and time I have.

That said, this boom since Apr is an artificial spike. The realities of the pending economic forecast that will occur if we prolong in the current state through the 1st Qtr of FY22 will be devastating. Add in a big government, poor vote propoganda artist administration, and severe structural damage to small business and the middle class, and it is a scary potential situation over the near future.

BS....if Biden was in charge he wouldn't have halted Travel from China except to allow American's back in. That would've resulted in a helluva lot more cases/deaths. Wish the SEC would just join with ACC, Big 12 and leave the NCAA's control.

Why are Americans the only dumbasses turning this pandemic into a political issue?

I am truly surprised that a guy like you that has everything all figured out is down 3.64% YTD. You definitely should parlay your knowledge into shorting the market. Keep us posted.

Because the Lib motto is "never let a crisis go to waste".

One day you might figure out that the pandemic is simply part of a political agenda. Unfortunately, when that day comes, it will be too late to stop it.

You mean the “dumbasses” that actually pay attention to what is going on?

Big schools will have the players separate during the week and I'm sure some will get in trouble for trying to hide they have it. Alot of the bottom of the roster players will play.
