Simple evaluation of which you'd take. You have a receiving corp and an offensive coaching staff on par with 2019 LSU then Burrow is your man. But, you have receivers and staff like most of the SEC, then you take Manziel and ad lib play making ability. To put it into perspective, if Burrow had gone to say AzSt no one would know who he is.

The only category that Burrow and Manziel are comparable in is wins versus LSU. The rest of the statistics favor Burrow heavily
