There is way too much incentive for hospitals to rule the cause of death as Covid-19 to get an accurate number of deaths. I don’t understand why people don’t get that

What would be classified as fraud?
Would the 20% of NY cases where they didn't even test and just assumed it fall under that category?

You think it’s just a coincidence of drastically increased mortality during a covid outbreak in New York. Has nothing to do with covid. Of course you do.

Hospitals get paid a lot of $$$ for Covid-19 deaths. Especially ones that ran at a $30 million deficit daily for over a month.

My understanding has always been that colleges need ticket sales to survive as a program. Outside of the biggest schools they don't make that much from TV. You could even see AAC caliber teams losing millions playing without fans. FCS, Division II and Division III would cease to exist.

You didn't answer the question. I'm asking you what is considered fraud since these deaths were claimed without proof.
20% isn't an insignificant amount.
Averages don't mean it's that amount year after year. Some years are higher, some years it's lower.

And you avoided the point I made. It’s not a coincidence. Most of those deaths are likely attributable to covid. It’s well above the average of normal.
Fraud would be listing covid as a COD without symptoms/autopsy analysis/positive tests confirming so. I highly doubt there is 20% of that happening as you claim. Probably much lower and thus not worth discussing. I also imagine there are plenty that are being ignored in red states.

About 5k deaths were added without a known cause of death out of 25k. That's 20%.
And according to your own description of fraud, it fits. No symptoms, no autopsy and no positive test.

Ok, let’s see the link making this claim that a massive increase in deaths is just a coincidence and is totally unrelated to the covid outbreak happening right outside the door.
