Oh that makes a ton of sense.

You're showing your youth.

Kansas definitely had a surprise season in 1995, but Kansas State was at the beginning of an impressive run that stretched almost a decade.

I'm probably older than you, and I live 20 minutes from the KU campus. Nobody here, neither KU nor K-State fans, would even consider those teams in the same conversation with 2019 LSU. K-State had some very good teams in the late 90s, but none of them were NC contenders.

They were crippled before the game, some - myself included - just thought they would still be able to win even with it.

You have to be delusional if you thought Alabama was "crippled" but still thought they'd win.

That isnt true.

LSU was leading when it was mentioned on tRant then LSU lost for awhile then pulled it out in the end.

Check the thread.

I did. Unless I'm dyslexic all the first posts said something like "Voted, Nebraska up 55/45"

Wow, so the best team ever barely beats a crippled Bama team by 5 points.

And Bama's greatest team ever lost to Jordan Jefferson in Tuscaloosa.

So the 2018 Clemson, team who finished #3 in SP+, is better than 2019 LSU?

You’re talking yourself into circles.

2018 Alabama was much better than 2019 LSU also.

Georgia kinda close, I think I would give LSU the nod over them. That Georgia team played a lot of teams close, but like most Kirby teams, they under perform greatly and choked hard at times.

In the original thread LSU was leading first then Nebraska took it.

Well you only won by 5 points and that was after Tua played like dog shite.

That was the part I didn't expect - Tua playing like total dog shite. If you had told me before the game, oh yeah, Tua is going to fumble the ball without being touched, then basically throw a pick six with 20 seconds left in the first half, I would have thought we lose by more than 5.

The defense getting scored on and such, I expected that. Alabama's offense should have been able to outscore the LSU offense, but Burrow was cool under pressure and Tua choked. That's what I saw.

Why is an Ole Miss fan talking about football success? Or success in anything, for that matter.

If we ever need a lesson on overrated tailgates stocked with WalMart chicken fingers, we know who to reach out to.

Don't get me wrong, this LSU team was amazing but that 2001 Miami team would have demolished them.

Because this is an internet message board where anyone can give their opinion.

Just because you're not the President of the US doesn't mean you can't criticize them.

LSU was generational but Miami was on a completely different level.

There's not a team in history that would beat that Miami team when they were playing their A game.

Why is it that a fat keyboard warrior LSU fan thinks he's better than someone over the accomplishments he had literally nothing to do with?

Keep talking yourself into circles. It’s entertaining watching you scramble.
