I think a mandatory IQ and civics tests, with cutoff scores as a requirement to vote, would dramatically change this country for the better.

Exactly the same can be said of the emoluments clause crap. The House already impeached him on total nonsense, if there was the slightest of anything to it he would have already been impeached for that.
