I"m not sure you're picking up what I'm putting down. Walk around miserable arse Tribeca tomorrow and note all the frigid, beanpole models walking around. Then hop on a flight to south beach and notice all that full figured, well tanned smoking hot latin arse on every corner. And you let me know if you were a young black millionaire where you'd want to spend the year.
While the Giants are certainly better than the Dolphins. They've got about an equally long shot at a superbowl.

The last thing anyone says about Tribeca is miserable

Pass, gimme the beanpoles (then again I’m a white dude)

You are right they love them some thiccccc (that’s 5 Cs) Latin chicks, although there are plenty of young black millionaires living here
Albeit Wall Street, music business and Television/movies
So never mind, he’s staying in Seattle (or so he says)
ETA: just never saw the appeal for Miami. No one speaks English, it’s always 90% humidity, and everyone Is coked up

Does he not know NYC is filled with Hispanics?

Yea but it’s not anything like Miami. (Nyc is 25% Hispanic compared to Miami’s 80)
They’re also only in set neighborhoods here. (Not going to find a lot in Yuppie neighborhoods)
I think the only difference is the weather.
Young black football playing millionaires from the south would definitely prefer the Miami heat all year around.
Although he wants to be on a winner, would be shocked if he just stays in Seattle, was just spouting off rumors around the NFL blogs etc

Full figure > bean pole
and
Flores > Judge
so I'll take the Phins over the GMen as an NFL FA.

We can agree to disagree in both here

Someone hasn’t been to Tribeca in quite some time it appears.

For the same salary, it’s Miami in a landslide.
Taxes, weather, women, culture, lifestyle. There is literally no advantage that New York City has over Miami and that’s before we even talk about the football side of things. That’s the closest argument that the Giants have and even then the Dolphins have the edge - and much more money.

Choice between living in Miami versus New York city? Pretty easy choice Miami. Honestly it's not even a good comparison. Warm weather, beaches, clear blue water versus cold weather with rude arse yankees...only a moron would pick nyc.

Now i have my reasons why, especially if were a millionaire.
But it doesn’t matter because Clowney will probably be spending the rest of his career in Seattle

Guess it depends on one's " likes" and " dislikes". I, personally, love the beach and ocean. This was the main reason I joined the NAVY. The thought of living in a crowded, cold environment is a big turnoff. When you add the personalities of yankees, and how nasty a city is compared to the beach , to me it's a no brainer.

I like the beach and the ocean. However, I don't really care much for Miami.
At this stage in my life, I feel like my ceiling would be higher up in NYC.

I love the beach too, you can get to the Hamptons from NYC.
I wouldn’t ever live in Miami though. Miami is a crowded always humid environment with 80% Hispanic population, with a much higher crime rate. Also the personalities of Yankees exist in Miami as well
NYC isn’t cold all year, we have seasons

I will admit I hated living in Hawaii. Expensive and frankly a ripoff. Coral is all dead, sharks are everywhere and the biggest joke is Waikiki beach. Myrtle beach, as a beach, blows it away. I still would choose it over NYC.

I wouldn’t.
Ideally for me NYC and we inherit the beach house in montauk

The beaches in New York never will compare to those in South Beach or Hawaii or even Myrtle Beach. I absolutely hate cold weather and detest snow. The ocean in the north doesn't compare either, no where as clear or clean. All the crowds in NYC are a huge turnoff. Just cant see why anyone would choose living there but each to his own.

I agree the physical beaches never would, but You’ve never been to montauk it’s a beautiful place. I would love to live in a beach town when I’m old and retired preferably Kiawah Island not any of those 3 you mentioned

It snows in the south now SC and NC have gotten snow days recently
Actually more than NYC has gotten in the last two years

Agree, although why you learn where they always are

I say the same about Columbia SC but to each their own.
