...watching Mizzou basketball games? Admit it!
I stopped 2 games back. Yes, I'm a bad fan, but enough disappointment has taken me beyond apathy to the edge of aversion.

I haven't. But id be lying if I said I still watch from start to finish. This part started for me 2 games ago, im at a point where with about 10 minutes left its clear and obvious the game is over, and I move on. The worst part, typically with 10 minutes left a team can still make a run, but not this team.

I watched 10 minutes of the WVA game. I was at the A&M game.
I probably am not going to watch much more. A few times this year, I’ll check the scores and be mildly or greatly surprised we won. But there’s no point in watching for another black swan performance like we had against Florida.

Remember when MPJ announced and we were all posting that Mizzou was back to being a basketball school. Didn't take Cuonzo long to destroy that momentum.

But cuonzo built that which somehow means the year didn't count and being as bad in year 3 as before CM arrived is not CM's fault.....I really can't follow the logic but that is what I'm told over and over.

Who cares about fault. I'm talking about momentum. I'm not making any statement about the state of the program, only that how quickly the momentum has slowed so quickly.

I don’t think I ever started back up after both Porters went done for the count for good .

Call me a bad fan. I think the last game I watched was the Illini game. Maybe 2 minutes here and there or flipping it on to check the score with some games since but I just can't watch this team.

I watched just about every game during KA and have done so still under Cuonzo. This game feels like a big nut kick coming. My wife thinks I’m crazy, lol.

Quick thoughts on the game...Pinson I thought played terrible defense and was disengaged until the last 10 minutes. If he wants to lead this team you don’t hang your head when your getting beat. Pickett to me got us back in that game locking down Edwards in the second half. Shout out to Nikko as well. Kid played great. Also There were
Minutes for McKinney in the future if he wanted to apply himself in the classroom. DRU is overmatched often. Torrence played very solid D as well. He should hang his hat on that and go from there. He’s got the athleticism. Seems lacking of consistent concentration on both ends.

If they lose to SC on Saturday you will see the whiners back on here with a thousand post complaining. This board is in funeral mode tonight.

No one watched us with a 20 pt comeback against a 1-win SEC team. I checked the score and they were down by 8 with 5 minutes left. When I saw they won, I went and watched the last 13 minutes.
You liking shitty ball is on you.

After 33 years of writing checks to Mizzou I have had it, can't even join a forum and have fun talking about Mizzou football, the whole thing has been ruined by self-loathing Mizzou fans, that snipe at each other.

Amen Brown Majic.
If the football stadium was full and every other person had a pistol, every Mizzou fan would kill the person next to them and then kill themselves.
T J Moe got it right self-loathing Mizzou fans.

I'll go to a few high school games and local college games in person - I gave up watching almost all college basketball and NBA 6-7 years ago.
My SlingTV is cancelled as soon as college football is over so I don't even have ESPN again until next Labor Day.

I never cared much for college basketball but I'd rather watch SLU than Mizzou if I did. SLU reminds me of like an Eastcoast school that's decent and often overlooked at basketball.
