Auburn is their super bowl

Neither reallly hurt. LSU was better than us and we went into JHS with a backup QB and scored 45 points and it took Auburn JHS voodoo for us to lose.

Auburn . Rivalry and kept us out of playoff possibly
Not to mention dumb arse mistakes and. And can’t make a 30 yd FG

Let’s be honest here.
Bama was our Super Bowl after all those losses.

LSU.
Alabama would have secured the West with a win.
A loss to Auburn, especially the way it freakishly went wouldn't have mattered in the grand scheme of things

Honestly I did not see Bama losing to AU this season. Did not see that coming. AU plays Bama so well at Jordan Hare

Our team was arguably the best team on paper prior to the season.
After Moses and the LB group were all injured we had to be perfect offensively to win games against elite teams.
Once Tua got hurt the first time there was little chance of us winning a championship so the LSU loss wasn’t surprising or particularly painful.
By the Auburn game our season had turned into a comedy of errors and nothing was really on the line other than a rivalry win so it was even easier to shrug off.
Clemson last year was a tough loss, neither of our losses this year were that bad.

Well that's interesting.
Bama had one loss coming into the iron bowl and was a legit playoff contender with a win
But whatever helps you sleep at night

Bama is cursed. Jeff Banks is the best special teams coach in CFB. If he can't get it done on special teams y'all are...cursed to wide right/left. Pick Six... etc.

He's been very good at the actually special teams stuff. Our coverage units and returns are excellent. Nobody is fixing the kicking.
