I've never seen a fan base go so far out of their way to excuse drinking and driving without a valid license and a firearm in the wee hours of the morning.

Well, the open container and the gun were with the passenger's so that's another swing and a miss on your part. Keep hoping though

All jokes aside I honestly don’t know why they would include the gun if it’s legally owned and they told the cop about it and it was his. Other than its super grabby as a “GLOCK!!!!” In the car with cognac.

The whole reporting the gun thing just makes no sense.

And was taken to jail at 1:45 PM?

No.

Cook, a sophomore running back from Miami, was pulled over by Athens-Clarke County police and charged with driving with an open container of alcohol and an invalid driver’s license. Cook was booked into Athens-Clarke County Jail at 1:45 a.m. Saturday and released on a $2,000 bond at 2:57 a.m.

I honestly don’t understand why some teams aren’t doing stuff like this. It’s been going on for years at many schools and the NCAA doesn’t really seem to care

Seriously. Hines Ward tooled around Athens in an Acura NSX back in my day.

He was from a single parent lunchlady household.

Totally legit and no fricks were given.

James has a case against the dealer for leaving an open container in the car.

No this can’t be true. Only Ole Miss cheats. The rant told me so

No, you misunderstood. Ole Miss "SUCKS". Cheating is not relevant. It leads to the same place, home after the regular season in EVERYthing. Enjoy your holidays!

Doing what? Letting a kid walk into a dealership with his pell grant check and walking out with a Charger he has no intention of making a payment on?

Oh no Auburn man. Guess now you’re going to reverse the last 15 years.

Seriously coming from the single dirtiest school of the past 2 decades, a weed offense in a Dealer car really is something to behold. Dumbass.

Dude, you guys breaking your backs to act like this is kids will be kids is hilarious. They're driving around with a gun, weed and alcohol with no valid license.

Jesus frick stop making excuses, it was retarded and he deserved to be arrested. The dude's not some retarded puppy who just stumbled into problems, he wasn't profiled, he was literally doing several illegal things.

I'm also not saying weed should be illegal, but if you know it's illegal at least be smart about it.
