When it happened live the sound went out and I thought a fight had broken out. I was worried that Jennings was beating the hell out of the guy. On replay though it's pretty clear things get heated but nothing much actually happens.
Hell, I didn't even see the alleged head stomp until after the media went nuts on it and I still don't see much of anything on that front. It's clear that the stomp/kick/glance or whatever wasn't intentional.
You can blame ESPN and SECN for the front office's decision. If they hadn't acted like this was something more than it was the SEC wouldn't have acted. It's a bullshite decision but the optics are why they made it.

TBH, looks like one of the thuggiest things I've seen in awhile. I don't see how you can get upset about this. He clearly steps on the guys head and acts like an a-hole about it?
