I've got to disagree. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It's really about good food, family & friends, and taking the time to consciously reflect on the many blessing in your life.
No gifts to buy, no expectations to fall short of by not getting the right gift.
If you hate it, change it. It wasn't my favorite until I was an adult and we started doing it at our house.

We travel at Christmas, do our own thing at Thanksgiving. Best weekend of the year.
Also don't really care for turkey, usually go out to a good steakhouse or do brisket.

U hate food I know u do during thanksgiving U don't like people sharing during holidays I bet. Poor thing
