Moorhead's rebuild? Really?

Talking with a few people I know, there seems to be 2 different worlds within the Ms St community.
One set of people inside that looks at the issues everyday and grasp it.
One set that truly believes that Mullen left a very well stocked and golden roster.
I thought I would pass on the conversation I had with a few while at the game last weekend as a guest.
What did Joe Moorhead face:
- a depleted passing game. As pointed out, Mullen in his last year had a passing attack ranked in the bottom of the NCAA as a whole. It sucked. A Qb that could not throw it, and a WR corp that was horrible. Moorhead was handed the keys to a passing game ranked below 110 in the nation and that graduated or lost half of those Wrs and a TE that is now in the NFL.
What would teams do knowing that the worst passing offense in the nation was next up? Play to stop the run.
- a team that in year 2 would return 4 starters on defense and 2 of those would be on the bench due to academic fraud.
So Phil Steele put this out: Out of 125 teams, Ms St ranked 90th in returning starters and no returning QB
4 defensive starters. 2 on the bench, another lost for the season due to injury and most depth graduated too.
Now thats easy for teams like Bama and LSU, but come on Ms St, don't act like Mullen left the keys to the kingdom. He didn't.

You're gonna have to speak up, I can't hear you with Joe's johnson down your throat.

Just adding that PER MS ST, not jj, MSU...
-Moorhead has signed more 4 stars back to back than any coach since the 2000s.
- Moorhead signed the only 5 star OL in the history of MS ST.. IN THE HISTORY!!!!!
- Moorhead is doing it again in recruiting this year.

Either they are right (and they are the ones that make the decisions btw) or they are not.
You tell me. What is false in the post?

What is your connection with Moorhead? I've never seen someone so on their knees for a coach of a team you have zero interest in.

Dan won 9 games with the same QB Joe had...with a defense nowhere near as talented as the defense Joe had in 2018.
Is it true or not?

Zero. You can go to your board and see my posts well before Moorhead was here.

I have stated over and over my friendship with people within the MS ST... It's how I told you Stevens was a done deal.

You didn't tell me shite. You can go back and look at the threads. You think you know things, but you really don't. Your friend within Mississippi State is a pencil pusher, because if he was worth his salt, I can guarantee he wouldn't be sharing information with some limp dick parading around a message board.

Signing 10 4* players and 1 5* player over 2 cycles isn't going to get you very far in the SEC West unless you can maximize that talent.
Moorehead clearly cannot do that.

Dan won 8. He did so while facing a lesser schedule and is does not change the rest of what was stated. Moorhead's first year without what was described faced the #6 toughest schedule in the nation.

Wrong. Ms St was ranked top 10 it was about the same defense.
Now address the rest.

You can't compare seasons. Dan went 5-7 in year five and no one gave a shite and got on their knees for him. F dan mullen.
Dan had the same or better team in 2017 as the 2018 team. Definitely had a better OL with Martinas Rankin and Jordan Thomas as TE.
face the facts you don't know shite about shite. Nor do you wanna do a deep dive and look at who all we played, their rosters, and their records.
To think this team would be better off with Dan would be foolish because we wouldn't have many of the freshmen we have on the team with out JoMo keeping it together and adding talent.
sit down STFU and let the grownups talk.

Moorhead sucks. Let it be known that this is what happens when you hire a damnyankee to coach in Mississippi or the SEC in general.

Per Ms St, 12... but that's way more than prior.
You and I both know that with 4 returning starters on defense and 2 of those suspended, 1 lost for the year, graduating the whole of the rotational depth in some places would be and issue for both of our teams.
Yes, we are better equipped to handle that and would be ok. Maybe a loss may be 2. We both also know that MS ST would not be.

Moorehead clearly cannot do that.
He cant? Based on what? A rebuild year?

And did it after having the #1 team and poor recruiting... and facing the 50th ranked SOS

Does this equal him being the guy? No. But there has to be some realistic views.

It's still less than Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M and Auburn average each year.
Again, signing 4-5 4* players every year isn't good enough. Mullen knew how to work the Juco angle, which is the difference in his teams. Moorehead better figure that out quickly or MSU will continue to decline.

Based on the fact that he hasn't done it.
