Only way SEC gets 2 is Georgia over LSU tight in CG.

Georgia doesn’t need to embarrass themselves in the CFP for a few years.

There are many possibilities because there are many games left to play

Ole Miss and Mississippi state were in the first ever playoff poll. The initial ranking means as much as the skid marks in your underwear. There is a ton of football left, and these are kids. Half the board had Oklahoma written in stone, and then Kansas State took them to the woodshed. the Ohio State Juggernaut lost by multiple touchdowns to Purdue not long ago. Clemson needed a 2PC stop to squeak by North Carolina. I know upsets aren't super common in the SEC anymore, but they still happen around the country with regularity

Or Ohio State, if they have a close loss to Penn State.

The loser of the LSU/Bama game will probably still get in if they win out.

Talking about LSU's backdoor is going to really excite some of the A&M fans you know.
