I am that jaded...

I used this day to spend time with my family away from the game, and tv...

Worked out, worked around the property, ate with my family and some friends.

We are that bad. So, I am now watching the charade following knowing the final score. We are laughably terrible. Lordy Mercy folks. We are football purgatory!

I actually didn't, for the first time ever.

I even knew it was coming on one of the tv's at the gym and turned it off prior to getting on the treadmill.

For the first time ever, I didn't look at a phone, listen to a radio. I just didn't care enough to act.

And my friend, I have been a season tix holder for 16 years. Worked with FCA with some of the coaches, did fundraising/gold tourneys for the foundation. Had lunch with some of the coaches prior to the events. Have a Razorback room in my house.

Times are that terrible.

I swore I would turn it off and relax as soon as it became a blowout, but I somehow made it to halftime (41-0) and have spent the remaining time melting on TD.

Not melting because we lost, but melting at the sheer ineptitude and some of our fans cashing in "told-you-so's."

I think we're all frustrated and apathetic, like a bad relationship with a prudish fat chick that used to be pretty hot.

I am amazed at the fall we have had.

It is actually difficult to wrap my head around.

#3 and #5 in the nation to smile, bert, and now Chard.

Good Lord, it isn't too hard to be humble after all.

Same. My mom’s in town meeting my son for the first time and we took him out to the Bass Pro museum this afternoon. I recorded the game to watch when we got home after but I got a text on the way back with the score when it was 31-0 and just said frick it and hung out with the fam instead. I’m not stressed or pissed but rather just numb to it at this point.

this is the type of things the foundation, the board, the AD office needs to know and hear.

We are going form anger to absolute apathy and they will soon lose more than they can replace in a short period of time.

When apathy sets in, it is done. No matter what it is in life. Marriage, Church, Work, Sports, etal….

Ditto, but it wasn't the first time for me.

I didn't waste a minute watching the last 4 or 5 games of this sorry arse program last year, either.

Well I tried to give Chad the benefit of the doubt early on in the season but unfortunately all the people screaming bout him were right. This team is not fun to watch. Just incompetence all around and I'm ready for a change sooner rather than later. frick the entire staff.

Our family were donors and season ticket holders since the late 50s.

I say "were" because this spring, after being told we'd still need to make the same sizable donation we made to have 15 tickets in section 103 if we cut back to 4 tickets in a mezzanine area I decided to tell them to keep their tickets and I'd keep my donation.

I haven't regretted it one bit and every game that goes by that I don't even care to watch makes me feel like it was a smart thing to do.

I truly hope that I get back to wanting to attend a game. If I do I'll hop on StubHub and buy tickets...there will certainly be plenty available.

I personally think we have no choice but to give Chad at least one and probably two more years to see if he can grow into the job. We have such a train wreck at this point that we are more likely to make things worse than better by changing again. I actually think his offense could work if we'd ever get the correct players on the field. I confess to bashing him for not starting Starkel and I must admit he had that correct...I really never want to see Starkel throw a football again.

Enough ranting...I guess I still care some, but mostly just accept that a program I grew up being proud to be a fan of is not the same program it was. We are truly a joke and I'm not that interested in spending time, money or attention on something that could and should be....but isn't. Good luck paying for that stadium expansion....the fans didn't sign personal guarantees on that debt.

I was there with what appeared to only be about 20 other Hog fans (40 if we count the band). Stayed until the game was over, someone give me a damn cookie.
