bring him in as DC.

Chavis experiment isn’t working out. Poor effort and lack of speed.

Get a real QB coach and let Craddock go coach middle school where he belongs.

Free tickets for everybody.

ETA:Buyout is only 5.2 Million and looks like usf/texas will have the majority of it.

I would love Charlie Strong as DC.

Let's steal Joe Brady from LSU for OC while we are at it.

That melt would be epic, LSU fans have already anointed him the savior of Tiger football and slayer of the mighty Crimson Elephants

I do like the idea of Strong as DC and bringing in a top-tier OC that maybe used to be an HC himself.

We may not be able to afford firing Chad just yet but we can surround him with quality.

Why would a quality coach sign on to this dumpster fire? I know he’s from Arkansas but it’d be a dumb career move.

There's a very slim chance of that ever happening but I certainly would welcome it if it did.

I don’t think a guy about to be fired from two straight places has much leverage to talk about dumb career moves.

I wouldn’t mind he or someone like Todd Graham but it’s not going to make us faster no mater who the DC is.

A. He is about to be unemployed.

B. He could bring recruits with him (possibly)

C. This move would almost certainly buy Morris an extra year. It may not help in the long run but it cant hurt at this point

Some of us caught a lot of hell for saying Chavis was well past it. Caught hell for not appreciating the complete bullshite Morris fed us about the kind of DC he was going to hire, too. I guess we were supposed to think a Basset hound is high energy.

QB play improves with Oline play. It won’t matter who the coach is until the Oline grows a set, and coaching starts calling better plays, and maybe teaches them to run a screen play competently.

Unemployed or HC at an even shitier school vs DC at Arkansas.

Doesn't matter who the DC is, Chad has focused on the offense the first 2 recruiting classes, the defense would be great if they had a schedule full of power I down hill running teams who do not use the RB in the run game or run an option based offense.

At this point, no one worth a damn is going to hop on the hangingchad ship for a season of employment before he is canned.

I just dont see how Charlie strong fixes depth issues. or how he fixes the offense turning the ball over and leaving them on the field for the whole fuxking game.

To be honest I dont think it would matter that much because I dont think Charlie is that much of an upgrade over Papa Smurf.

However, it would buy Chad more time, which he will need if we shite the bed the rest of the season. Someone has to fall on the sword

Chief and Crash Craddock are prime candidates.
