After watching Texas AM vs Clemson I think we definitely open up our screen game. Tamu plays very aggressively against the run. Downhill even from the backend. This should help open up some screens and RB delayed routes. Clemson had success with screens. I go over 7 for us.

aTm - 24
AU - 10

Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think Bo is ready for this type of game yet. He's going to have to do much better than 52% completion percentage to win.

To those numbers, and maybe his fault, those are a lot of throw away throws too. We are still having issues with WR separation.

ETA: AND OFFENSIVE LINE

Did I say offensive line?

I know what you’re getting at but this reads like you haven’t actually watched any of the games and just looked at the stat lines.

just watched all of the defensive plays against aTm last year. Mond cannot pass the ball down the field. His yardage was gained by dump offs to the Rb and screen passes. If Auburn can stop their Rb screen game and force Mond to win with his arm, we will walk out with the win.

Watching Houston move down the field with ease against Tulane is not making me feel too good about this weekend.

I am concerned on how wet is the field getting?

ETA I know it's east Texas getting the brunt, but still.

I’m more scared of the LSU game Mond. We have to prevent that.

Sigh. This really isn’t a good look for the offense how Houston is gashing Tulane.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? We won the game. How that game played out will have no bearing on future games.

It is a little concerning because if Tulane’s QB could’ve completed a few more easy passes the game might’ve been closer against us. I still think the Tulane game was good for us though just like the UAB game in basketball was good for us.

Houston has a veteran QB and their offense is night and day different than ours. Plus obviously we were Tulane’s Super Bowl.

And he’s still missing these easy passes.

They just need to run the ball.
