In college? Tough call.

But if I'm an NFL GM, I think I want Lawrence.

NFL GMs have it tough. You never know who will succeed and who will not in the league. Plus, who can be good from year to year.
I think injuries play a much bigger role in how a player ultimately plays in his career. With so many players having fairly similar skills in the league, a tweak here or there could take you from a top 10 QB to bottom rung starter, bench player in a minute.

Not sure I agree, just because Lawrence coming out cold to start the season is not a good sign. Based on how he ended last year, his season should not be where it is now.

If this changes next year, then I agree, but if the trend continues into 2020 then not sure I want a cold QB for the first few games of the season. The NFL isn't the ACC; you don't play one decent team then coast.

Lawrence will be a generational QB like Peyton Manning. Tua will be more along the lines of a Russ Wilson or Big Ben, a really good top 5 to top 10 QB for the next decade.
