Is Jewelry Allowed In College Sports?

I saw someone wearing a big gold necklace in an NFL game this past weekend and I just cant understand why that's allowed. Just asking for a player to grab it and pull you down. Is it legal in college to wear that crap during games?

AK wears a necklace and I thought it was weird at first that he doesn’t tuck it in but now I’m just like, “You know what AK, you’ve earned it, do whatever the frick you want”
