He has an LSU problem first and foremost.

He could be in serious trouble early on for sure. Oregon game is not going to be an easy one. Their Oline is damn good and their QB is a first rounder. Gus better get that offense together quick for Auburn.

Why would he get fired? He's there for 10 more years.

I think they upset Bama at home this year putting him back on the cold seat

Curious how you can predict the iron bowl winner without seeing either team play. Tua is probably the best quarterback in America and will be the first pick of the draft. I think LSU has a better shot to upset Bama this year.

Close to $30m buyout for gus and his staff. He isn't getting fired.

Gus will win 7 games. Just enough to stay on the hot seat, but not lose his job. If he wins 8, AU will give him an extension.

I think they go to Baton Rouge, win the game and then smoke cigars at center field before they piss on the eye of the tiger and head on home.

Haven't you heard? The SEC is screwed.. We're starting a true freshman at QB even though we have the toughest schedule in the nation this year.. Plus his name is Bo. This means he HAS to be a complete badass.. Kind of like Trevor Lawrence at Clemson last year, amirite?

I won't say that he definitively is or isn't, but either way, the margins are razor thin, especially in comparison to any other QB in the country. The difference is near meaningless.

Totally agree.. if a coach, any coach, loses to MSU 2x in a row it's pretty damning. Good point MSU coast
