Any team can have bad luck, but I feel like this is one of those games where we smoke 'em.
Even though they are a rival, it's not like that stopped us from curbstomping the Noles in Tally.
The same team Miami beat by one point at home.

If he has matured and trusts his legs, we can easily have a special team this year.
All of the receivers have been working with him for a few years, he's comfortable with the starting running back -- all we need is the line to gel early.

Can't wait. Hopeful Zuniga and co. nearly decapitate Martell or whichever bum they put out there. I still have nightmares of our 2013 game, though.

I posted that link to show that good things are happening to the team.
As Wyatt explained, he has seen every QB under Mullen improve from to year....and he as he also explained, if Franks improves as much in 2019 as he did he in 2018 from 2017, then maybe we will be in high cotton.

Unfortunately I lived in Miami a long long time ago. The crowds at the games (old orange bowl) were smaller than most high schools.

Has anyone caught the interview from Manny on the internet? Wow, just wow. He seems as if he is facing firing squad after practice...he was honest about this offense and he knows they suck...he tried 1/2 heartedly to play off the trainwreck by saying the second half of scrimmage looked better for the offense. Really? How many defensive starters were subbed in the second half Manny Boy?

I am trying hard to visualize why Miami is so confident going into this game.
Where are their actual strengths because their offense was atrocious vs decent competition last year and the defense just gave out halfway through the season.
I'm very optimistic starting 1-0 but we've also been lulled into thinking we'd win this game before it's played in the past.

Miami fans are always this delusional. Their arrogance is based on a long time ago and reality still hasn't caught up.
Their defense is good..but not as elite as it is made to be. They played no real offenses all season. LSU and Wisconsin moved the ball well on them.
FSU and LSU did worse vs UF offensively...so that tells you all you need to know.
I put 400 bucks on Florida covering. Very confident in this game. I've watched a lot on Miami and really cant see ways we lose unless we really screw up.

Mannys D is textbook good when everything is going good and the other teams O is mediocre. Mannys problem is that he doesnt know how to adjust when he needs to.

Trying to tell them that. Their defense is great for their 72nd ranked SOS and especially great against teams that don't have winning records or G5.
