Meh. Baseball is a weird sport. The team you think is for sure going to win going into the tournament usually ends up choking or just getting beat in Omaha by other good teams going balls to the wall. Requires some lucky breaks on top of superior talent and mental stamina to win it all
Doesn’t mean Vandy can’t win it all, just that nobody is ever a lock. It’s what makes the tournament so damn fun to follow

If Mississippi State’s infield can avoid the defensive lapses I like their chances to make the CWS Final. I’m calling MSU vs Arkansas.
